FOR TEEN LEANERS’S PERMIT (16 & 17 years old)

What to take to the DPS or DMV to receive your Learner’s Permit

. DE-964     – Certification received after completing 6 hours of the 32-hour teen course for (For Learner’s Licence Only)

. VOE           – Ask for School

. Proof of address     – 2 types of proof, like phone, electricity, gas bill, etc.

Teen Road Test (16 & 17)

What to bring to the driving school to take the road test.

  • Learner’s Permit      – Valid & held for 6 months.
  • DE-964                         – Certificate received after completing the 32 hour teen course for (For Drivers License Only).
  • Impact Certificate   – (ITTD) dated within 90 days of the Road Test.
  • Parents or legal guardians with a license need to accompany their teens.

 

Adult Road Test (18 – 24 years old)

What to bring to the driving school to take the road test.

  • Learner’s Permit        – Valid
  • ADE-1317                      – Certificate received after completing 6 hours permit class.    
  • Impact Certificate     – (ITYD) dated within 90 days of the Road Test.

For Adult Learner’s Permit (18+ years old)

What to take to the DPS or DMV to receive your Learner’s Permit.

  • ADE-1317                    – Certificate received after completing 6 hours permit class.
  • Impact Certificate   – (ITYD) dated within 90 days of the Road Test.
  • Proof of address      – 2 types of proof like phone, electricity, gas bill ect..
